1) Acceptance & Definitions
By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
“Learner/Student” refers to any person who registers for or uses our services, including minors with guardian consent.
2) Nature of Our Services
We provide live and recorded lessons in:
- Quran recitation, memorization, and Tajweed.
- Arabic language (all levels for native and non-native speakers).
- Fundamentals of Islamic studies (Aqidah, Fiqh, Seerah, etc., according to our approved curriculum).
The Academy does not issue individual binding fatwas; all educational content is for general guidance.
3) Eligibility & User Accounts
- You must be 18+ or register via a legal guardian if under 18.
- When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, and protect your login credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate any account in case of suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.
4) Enrollment, Fees & Payments
- Course and subscription prices are displayed in [currency] and may include/exclude taxes per local regulations.
- Payments are processed by third-party provider(s) [payment provider]; we do not store your card numbers on our servers.
- By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize us to charge recurring fees until you cancel.
5) Schedules & Attendance
- Session times are set according to [Academy city/country time or UTC] and shown to the user in local time on the booking page.
- Private sessions can be rescheduled if requested at least [24] hours in advance; otherwise the session is counted.
- The Academy may adjust schedules or instructors when necessary with reasonable notice.
6) Code of Conduct
- Full respect for the Quran and proper study etiquette is required.
- No abuse, hate speech, obscenity, defamation, or harassment of teachers or learners.
- Recording or sharing lessons is prohibited without prior written permission.
- Cheating or impersonation in assessments is strictly prohibited.
7) Intellectual Property
- All educational content (texts, slides, recordings, exercises) is owned by the Academy and/or its licensors.
- Students receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use content during their subscription term only.
- Copying, distributing, or publishing content without written consent is prohibited.
8) Certificates & Assessment
We may issue attendance/completion certificates based on our internal criteria (attendance thresholds, tests, memorization, etc.). Certificates are not academically equivalent unless expressly stated.
9) Disclaimer
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., memorizing a certain number of ajza’ within a set period).
- Services may be affected by technical outages or force majeure; we will work to remedy and reschedule where possible.
10) Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid during the [3] months preceding the claim.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may request cancellation in accordance with the Refund & Returns Policy.
12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [country], and the courts of [city/country] shall have jurisdiction—unless the dispute is resolved amicably or via arbitration/mediation as permitted by applicable law.
